SBS2003, 50 users on XP (SP2) with Office XP, Sharepoint Portal with Intranet/Extranet, OWA, several PDA's/Smartphones, 1 portable, several home based users.
We continually have issues with Calendar appointments in Outlook (it appears we are not alone in this judging by the amount of posted issues). It is meetings and recurring meetings that always seem to go wrong, they work/dont work, they work for some and not for others, we create 'new' resources and sometimes 'new' calendars but we continualy have these niggling issues. The CEO raised another helpdesk call yesterday and said 'is there no other way?'
So my question is, Is there another way?
