sorry, forgot to mention that I am using Outlook 2007. but I figured it out, there is a button down at the bottom of trust center, labled "COM add-ins".

n Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. Go to any folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.
Go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager or COMM/Addins and disable the addins.
If addin is not there, close Outlook. Do a search for and rename extend.dat file. Restart Outlook. This will disable all addins. But you can add the others back.
Extend.dat is located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Applicatio
