Automate attachfiles in Outlook 2003 based on email address

Asked by Gzero9 in Outlook Groupware Software

Tags: email, outlook, address

Scenario: I want to send a custom attach file per email address(a merge/distribution list), where as email1@test.com will get file.ext and email2@test.com will get anotherfile.ext. To be more clearer, I'm sending emails to 10 recipients and each one will get a different attach file. I read on this post

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Groupware/Outlook/Q_21626195.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+attach+custom+email

how to save attach files creating folders so im trying to do the reverse of this. This will be done on local clients and does not need to be done inside the exchange server

Thanks
