MS Outlook v 11.0.8118.0  starts but instantly gets error message
Microsoft Office Outllook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I suspect the problem started after I ran a registry editor.  I've uninstalled and re-installed and still get the same error.
msmapi32.dll in the message sent to Microsoft

currently getting webmail because Outlook is broken.
