How can I syncrhonize 2 OUTLOOKs

     Dear All,

 I have two users using OUTLOOK 2003 on two different PCs.
There is an Exchange 2003 server on the network but it is currently idle and not used by anyone, i.e. the two users are working in a standalone mode, using only OUTLOOK's Calendar and ToDo list.
 Is there a way to synchronize them as they are? Possible using off-line updates through the LAN?
