Font Colors do not display

In Outlook and Excel - if a font is changed to a different color - the color will not display.  Remains black.  If you copy it to Word - it displays properly.   In Outlook the problem is the same with creating a signature.... fonts dont show colors.  Same thing happens in Dreamweaver 4.Start Free Trial
