Disable the outlook 2003 autocomplete feature with group policy

Hello,

Does anyone know if the MS Office 2003 Group Policy template (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=BA8BC720-EDC2-479B-B115-5ABB70B3F490&displaylang=en#QuickInfoContainer) includes the ability to disable the outlook 2003 e-mail auto-complete feature. I have a client who needs to enforce this across several OUs.

Thanks in advance,

Yes, we are aware of the backlash we might receive but this request is coming directly from the CFO.

Do you know the name of the setting that enables/disables this option?
It is buried, but basically in the same menu position as it is on Outlook. I looked earlier to check that it is there, but I don't have access to GP in my present location.

If you are going to make the change I would strongly suggest that you warn the users the feature is going to be turned off. Many people will not have addresses in their Contacts list and they need to be given the chance to save them.

The other thing you could do is educate the CFO on how the list works, including how to remove entries using the cursor keys and the delete button. This sounds like a request made after an incident where something was sent to an old address in error and a request has been made to disable the feature that has been blamed for it, rather than train people on how to use the product correctly.

Simon.

I downloaded the template above, and imported it. I still don't see where through GPO i can disable autocomplete in Outlook. What am I missing?
BTW,

I saw this in the doc "After you install this download, copy the OPA files to your \Program Files\ORKTools\ORK11\Tools\SHARED". I have no ORKTools folder, do I need to create this path?
