Outlook shared calendars disappearing from navigation pane

I have a user who's Outlook shared calendar's keep disappearing from the navigation pane located under "Other Calendars".  I have tried the following below with no luck:

http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/navigationpane.htm

Does anyone else have any other ideas to try because none of these have worked.  The user adds the calendars back, but they keep disappearing.
