Outlook and Word 2003 Crashing

I have a client that has recently started having problems with her Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word 2003 crashing whenever she tries to use them. She seems to think the problems started occurring shortly after doing Windows updates including IE7.

Outlook is used with Exchange 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode. Her OST Files is around .3GB, but she also has a ~4GB Unicode PST file that she moves stuff over to for additional storage

Here's the errors that are showing up in the Event Viewer

I've since got her XP OS and Office 2003 Suite fully updated and patched. (sorry I forgot to get the Event ID's)

I've cleaned up all the Temp files on the system, I've run Detect and Repair, I've turned off Word as the Editor/Reader, I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Office Suite.
