Is there any way to have a simple format or template of an email for Outlook?

Is there an easy way to have a blank or template email containing my logo and company name?  At the moment I am creating them and storing them in Drafts, then copying them but this is not very satisfactory.  Surely there must be a better way for something that millions of people want to do?
