Adding HTML Live Chat Links in Outlook 2007?

I need to insert a bit of code into my signature which links to a live chat icon.

It appears that Microsoft has changed or removed the ability to add code like this.  If so, are there any external options available that can help me get around this issue?Start Free Trial
