Why is Outlook giving a permissions error when trying to execute normal tasks like deleting email or creating a calendar event?

I have a client that is using Outlook2003 with Exchange 2003.  She has recently been sending me snapshots of errors she gets in Outlook when trying to go normal activities.  She will get an error about not having permissions to create a calendar event or delete or move an email.  Here is what I have already done and the errors continue:
Ran isinteg, ran esetuil, ran exmerge on the mailbox and deleted the mailbox and created a new one.  I moved all the mail in manually.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook.  I removed and recreated her outlook profile.  i have uninstalled Cloudmark Desktop because the errors initially stopped when i uninstalled it but then they came back.  She does have the Gotomeeting Plug-in as well as the Google Desktop seach plug-in running.  She has Kaspersky AV but everyone else in the organization does too.  The only things unique about her profile is or was Cloudmark, GotoMeeting and Google Desktop Search.  On top of everything else, when she reports an error (about 5 - 7 times a day) I log in remotely I usually cannot reproduce the error.  When I can, I try for example setting her local permissions to admin and the problem goes away temporarily.  So far, nothing seems to work permanently.  PLEASE HELP.
