I have a user (marketing) who is creating calendar appointments for other users (sales). She is able to create the appointment just fine, the only problem is that it is showing up two hours later on the sales persons calendar (IE like they are showing up as central time when they should be in pacific time). All of the users affected are in the Pacific Time zone. Our main office where all of our servers are located is in the Central Time zone.
The issue appeared about a month ago with one of the sale person and just within the past week it started to affect the other sales person.
Ive done the following steps so far;
- All users are in the correct time zone for their PC.
- It only occurs when a invitation is sent from this particular marketing coordinator
- Invitations sent from the marketing coordinator has only affected these two particular sales persons.
- I have removed and recreated the marketing cords Outlook Profile
- We use Microsoft CRM and all users are in the correct time zone on there as well.
- Happens regardless of whether invitation sent from CRM or from Outlook.
- Upgraded her to Office 07 (was planning on anyway just to test)
- Sales persons are using Outlook 03.
Im not sure what else to check. If anyone else has any ideas please let me know.
Thanks,
Joe
