We have implemented a new helpdesk system and people can email a particular email address and it will automatically add a ticket to our system. &nbsp;I have created a custom button in Microsoft Outlook that when they click it, it opens a new email message addressed to the new helpdesk email address. &nbsp;I would like to know if there is a way to add a button like this to Outlook Web Access. &nbsp;<br />
