Browse All TopicsHi,
We have implemented a new helpdesk system and people can email a particular email address and it will automatically add a ticket to our system. I have created a custom button in Microsoft Outlook that when they click it, it opens a new email message addressed to the new helpdesk email address. I would like to know if there is a way to add a button like this to Outlook Web Access.
Thank you for your help!

Using that it should open the default client to send to the email - the problem with that is that it will use whatever email they have locally
You may also be able to use owa web forms to do the same thing but submit the email through owa
