Forward for a short period of time

How do I have ........all........my mail forward a copy (want the original to stay on primary mail server) of all my incoming mail for a short period of time.

I'm going to another location and logging into a different companies (domain) mail server where I've just  been given an account.  I'm expectding several pieces of very important mail in the next several hours off my priar server (I can't access it from the second site)  I may want, now and in the future, to do this for hours, days, weekend, et.c
