Outlook 2007 keeps asking for password - pop3

Hi using Outlook 2007 for pop3 email account.
All server information etc are correct.
Username and password is correct - can still log into account via webmail but its a pain in the ass.
When I click send receive it keeps poping up window asking for username and password but when I put in the info it does not accept it.Start Free Trial
