unable to print from outlook 2003

I have a user who is not able to print her email from outlook 2003. when user selects print and does nothing. user printers do work with other applications and is able to print test page. when I check her printer seting on outlook they are grayed out. does anybody have idea what may be going on.Start Free Trial
