I had already removed the rule for GMAIL, but clearing the cache from the 'secure' folder seemed to do the trick. Thanks!

Late last year, I upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007. I used to have an account that pulled Gmail into my inbox, but no longer have the need (removed it before the upgrade). The problem is, I deleted the account in outlook but still get emails from Gmail. I checked email accounts and only see the OST file there. A little help here, please...

Check if you have a mail rule referencing that account. Delete that mail rule.
Delete the files in your Outlook cache
