How can I make a second mailbox's tasks appear in the to do list?

I have two mailboxes. Which reference a local exchange server. I am the owner of the first, and have full rights into the second. I need the second mailbox's tasks and calendar to show up in my "to do" bar. I don't care if they replace the tasks and calendar from the first mailbox. Can anyone help me with this?
