The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

How to send e-mails from multiple exchange server accounts

Asked by Ronnie_Bischof in Outlook Groupware Software, SBS Small Business Server

Tags: , ,

We have an SBS2003 Server and on Outlook we have a standard account which is used for normal e-mail communication (eg. bischof@xyz.ch) now i need to send also e-mails from (sales@xyz.ch). How is that possible to do that the recepient only sees sales@xyz.ch and also replies to that address. I have found out how to send it like: sales@xyz.ch (in assignment through bischof@xyz.ch) [don't know the wording in english, I'm sorry]

Do you know how I can fix that issue? Like choosing from different accounts? It seems that I can't use POP/SMTP sending, as we do not have webbased e-mail anymore, everyhting runs through our server. But I am not very fond in SBS, so I could be wrong.

Please help me, i'm desperate, and as we are building up our sales, I would appreciate a quick solutions. And you guys are the best, have helped me a great deal in the past, thanks again .

Cheers

Ronnie

By the way: if anybody should be wondering if he didn't see that name before, I had to open an account personally as my boss didn't want to pay for the membership anymore but still wants the problems to be fixed "by me" :)Start Free Trial
