Microsoft Outlook 2007 Profile switching on Vista Business problem

Hi.
Client have a new Dell MX 13330 with Vista Business and Office 2007 Pro.
We setup 2 different Outlook profiles and set to prompt for which to use.
One profile is the default "Outlook" second is alternative email address name.
On first start up it prompts for which profile to use but thereafter it then goes in to the previously selected profile without offering choice of profile to use.
When system rebooting the option to select returns again for one time only.
Any suggestions with this.
