Calendar items not showing in Calendar view

I have a user who cannot see certain calendar items in their Outlook 2003 Calendar. They can see the items using OWA, On their Windows Mobile device, when I disable Cached Mode and his assistant can see the missing appointments. The appointments even show up in his Today screen. But they will not show up in the main calendar view.

I have tried deleting his .ost file and that didn't fix anything. I even tried configuring his profile on a different computer and get the same result.
