How do I get Outlook to open faster and get rid of error  0x8001010d

It takes up to 5 minutes to open Outlook the first time. I get error 0x8001010d - (Failed to get the Crawl Scope Manager with error=0x8001010d). How can I solve this and speed up Outlook?

I tried this: Try restarting Windows search by changing this value in your registry. All normal caveats to editing the registry apply. HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows Search\SetupCompleted Change the value from "1" to "0". This will re-initialize the search function. It did'nt work
