Browse All Topicshave a user that upgraded to Office 2007 and now he is not able to view embedded images in email that is sent to him. If he forwards the message the person gets the email with the images. I checked the Trust Center setting for download images and also allowing email from all senders not only safe senders list. I have other users that upgraded with no problem. I recreated the outlook profile and still same problem. I cleared the Outlook Temp folder. Does anyone know a fix for this short of reimage?

START>RUN>Outlook.exe /safe
Might try running Clean Profile:
START>RUN>Outlook.exe /cleanprofile
Clean Views may also help, however it will reset any custom views already setup:
START>RUN>Outlook.exe /cleanviews
