How do you make a global setting for the Junk Email Filter for all Outlook Clients without touching each client?

Hi,
I am having legitimate emails from our mail portal going into the Outlook Junk Email folder automaticially.

I was wondering if there is a way of using AD or another method of configuring the Junk Email Filter for the whole organisation rather than individually?

The fix I have for it at the moment is to add the domain to the Safe Sender/reciever list however We have almost 200 client machines. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this done centrally?
