I have a user that is e-mailing quotes to clients from QuickBooks through Outlook (QB's launches Outlook and places the quote as a PDF in the attachment field). The e-mail address is in the to field and the message is sent. The strange part is that it shows up in the sent items folder, user receives it but when you go to the sent items folder nothing shows in the to field, and if you open that message, the to and CC fields are blank. But if you say to reply-all, the original recipient shows in the to field again. Anyone have any idea's on this? This is driving the user nuts becouse they can't look to see who they have and have not sent mail to if it was sent from QB.
