Browse All TopicsHiya, have a user who recently hooked up his account to an Exchange box, still retains a previous POP account as well. He had both calendars listed in the Calendar view, but now the Exchange one isn't listed there anymore. I'm not sure what to tell him to get it back, since it was pretty much just synced from the Exchange box. Any ideas? OL2003 under XPSP2, if it matters.

First make sure user has latest Service Pack for Office 2003: ownloads/d etails.asp x? familyid =E25B7049- 3E13-433B- B9D2-5E3C1 132F206&di splaylang= en

Might also have user select Calendar Tab on the left.
And Under "My Calendars" make sure Calendar has a check next to it.
If that doesnt work, might try a few Outlook 2003 Command Line Switches:
Try it in safe mode:
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe
Reset Nav Pane
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
Clean Views
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanviews (resets all custom views)
Lastly, if above solutions dont work might be an issue with the profile.
In that case run Clean Profile
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanprofile
