How do I copy the contents of a calendar under "Other Calendar" into "My Calendar"?

In Outlook 2003, one of my users has created a second calendar titled, Maintenance Calendar.  All appointments have been entered in this calendar rather than his default calendar, My Calendar.

When I try to copy the Maintenance Calendar I receive a message which states, "Cannot copy as some items may be marked as private."

I am hoping to eliminate his work of manually re-entering his appointments into his My Calendar.
