Want outgoing emails to display "From" like Outlook Express.

In Outlook Express I have 7 mail accounts. When I send an email I can select whether it's jandoe@cox.net or jdoe@cox.net.  The only heading I see in Outlook 2003 is "send". How do I configure Outlook to display the different email accounts so I an choose the one I want?Start Free Trial
