Outlook reports some sort of synchronisation issues for the last couple of days. MSDN lookup suggested that this is exchange server problem. My Outlook 2003 on laptop creates messages in Sync Issues folder, and Outlook 2002 on desktop continuously throws annoying pop-up windows.
I read this on a web site and tried it but it is still happening the same.
The offline Address Book may not download successfully in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003.
It sounds like Exchange hasn't created the Offline Address Book (OAB) yet. Try "Tools > Send/Receive > Download Address Book". If that gives the same error on all systems you probably aren't generating the OAB. A simple fix would be to remove the OAB from Send/Receive Settings but that's a workaround rather than a solution:
Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance for you help
