How to export Outlook Express Address GROUPS to MS Outlook in Exchange

Hi Experts

I am looking to move a client with all her groups, from Outlook Express to MS Outlook. Unknowingly, she has been opening Outlook Express for this function every time she needs to to this task and I would like her to move away from it and stick with her MS Outlook install.
