OWA Stops displaying images after business hours

Zones: Outlook Groupware Software, Exchange Email Server, Windows 2003 Server
Tags: Microsoft, OWA Outlook Web Access, 2003, Images
For some strange reason after about 6:00 OWA no longer will display images.  It allows users to log in, but will not show them any e-mails or images at all.

I'm sure it's a simple setting change, any ideas?
