Browse All TopicsI have a user who has issue with his calendar in Outlook. Outlook version is 2003.
The first time user logs into Outlook he is unable to accept, open or do anything in his calendar.
For example he clicks on New button in calendar, it does not open a new meeting page. If he clicks on an exsiting entry it does not open. He also can not accept meeting invites.
If he re-start Outlook or re-start his PC then every thing works fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Usually such issues are related to Add-in in Outlook. Check in Tools-> Options->Other->Advanced Options-> Add-in Manager. Uncheck all of them and see if that works. If Yes then go to same place and start checking one by one the add-in and you should find the one which is culprit
Hope it works for you
