Lately, Outlook has been acting up, i.e. stalling my ltop. &nbsp;Now, when I attempt to empty my junk mail, I get a message that says &quot;you do not have permission to move items in this folder...&quot;. &nbsp;Addtionally, there are other folders that I cant delete messages as well (within outlook). &nbsp;

Lately, Outlook has been acting up, i.e. stalling my ltop.  Now, when I attempt to empty my junk mail, I get a message that says "you do not have permission to move items in this folder...".  Addtionally, there are other folders that I cant delete messages as well (within outlook).
