add email address to safe senders list

Hi all,

I have an internal email address that we use to send emails to our staff regularly. The email consists of images and links etc. I would like to add this email address to the safe senders list in outlook to all staff in our OU so that when the email is delivered it is displayed correctly. Is there a way i can deploy a safe senders list to our staff. I have tried doing this through the outlook group ploicy but nothing happens.

Is there a registry entry I could add into our logon script or anything else?

Make sure the group policy is enable or enforced.
Make sure the policy has a high priority.

Do a GPUPDATE from one of the computers and reboot.

I'd do a Group Policy results to see if that machine is even getting the GPO

Hi abraham808,

I have enforced the policy but it still doesnt appear in RSOP.msc. Please see attached screenshot, am i doing something wrong. I have done a gpupdate /force on multiple machine but it just doesnt appear.

Is this policy applied to the OU where these machine are located?
