Outlook only starts in safe mode, keep receiving an error.

Every time Outlook opens i get the error (see attached).

Inthe past I have looked  for the following.HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Terminal Server\Install\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Resiliency

I do not see this path in the Registry.
WhenI runin safe mode I lose functionality I need for work.Start Free Trial
