Email MS Outlook : How to convert/import emails from Lotus Note (NSF) file into MS Outlook 2003 ?

Hi,

Our old email system is Lotus Note which had already been stopped to use over 3 years ago and is now turn to use MS Outlook 2003 (sp2).  However, some users now request to retrieve some old email from their old Lotus note NSF file (they only have the NSF file, no Lotus Note installations already).

I would like to ask whether it is possible to import/read Lotus Note NSF into MS Outlook 2003.
