Outlook 2007 attachments are not showing

Hi,
We are using exchange 2003 and one of my user who is connecting RPC/HTTP and using VISTA/OUTLOOK 2007 and he is receiving lots of emails with attachments, where the paper clip icon is showing but he cannot see any attachments.

Please advise how to resolve this issue
