Ok, I gave this a try, moving my Card 1 to be first in line. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to have made a difference. Outlook remains disconnected.

Browse All TopicsHello,
I have two network cards in my computer. Card 1 is connected to the internal company network. Card 2 is connected to a DSL/internet. If ONLY Card 1 (company network) is enabled, Outlook 2007 connects to our exchange server and functions without problem. However, when I also enable the Card 2 (DSL) Outlook almost immediately "disconnects" and won't connect again until the company network is the only one enabled.
This is something I did not experience with the same hardware configuration when using Outlook 2003 (we recently "upgraded").
Is there a way to specify that Outlook should use a specific NIC, so I can point it at the company network all the time? Or any other ideas how to make it coexist with dual NICs?
