How can i import a text document or list of email addresses to use as a distrubution list in Outlook 2003?

Hi again all!

Can i just say thanks to the ones who've helped me with my other software problems!!!!

Ok, i need to know how to import a distrubutin list into Outlook 2003, is there a third party software out there that can handle this import? I have several thousand addresses for a newsletter but not the time nor man power to manually input each address, but they're in a text format at the moment.

I also have Exchange 2003 but don't know how to use it, so would it be easier to send newsletter through Exchange? If so how?

Please help! :-)

Cutting the list size from 150 items to 75 items permitted the olkList.Save to work. I couldn't figure out how to get Names and Addresses into the olkRecip array. It puts addresses in both fields by default (Outlook 2007). Not much of a VB guy.
