Hello Experts!

I have a problem that I haven't been able to solve.

I have a network that has a Windows 2003 SBS and a Windows 2003 Terminal Server.

All users work from the terminal server and when they open their outlook it ask's if they wish to open in safe mode as the last time it was opened it didn't open correctly. No matter what is selected or how the outlook is closed it will ask to open in safe mode again.

Im at a loss as to what to do. I have tried to remove all addins to see if this is the cause but it still asks even when i go and untick all outlook addin's.

This is affecting all users. All email is on exchange.

Any help would be appreciated.
