How to disable Outlook calendar event forwarding?

I send Outlook calendar event to my boss but I keep getting a failed delivery notification that the user cannot be reached. He has his Outlook calendar set up so that it forwards the events to him and to another person. But that person is no longer working with us and the account is deleted. How can I disable the forwarding in his Outlook calendar?
