Microsoft Outlook XP Cannot Open Attachments

We seem to be having an issue where we cannot open attachments on a certain Windows XP Desktop.

It is using Outlook XP (2002) and when you double click the attachment nothing happens. You choose to open it or save it and it wont do either.

I can see the files appearing in the temporary folder though. I have tried clearing this out.

It is a computer on the domain and it has the same issue with more than one user.Start Free Trial
