Placing calls from Outlook 2007

We are using Exchange 2007 with Unified messaging and want to connect a call to our telephony system from Outlook. Our phones are Cisco IP sets but when I try to make a call from Outlook this message comes up (as per attached Screen shot) Are there components to Exchange or Office I need to add?
