You need to select either 'Address Cards' or 'Detailed Adress Cards' (select view / current view from main toolbar) in order to be able to select additional fields

Howdo i make the Field button Active on the view i show below. This is Outlook 2007 with Exchnage 2007.

Hi, emerson625.
I'm not near my 2007 computer at the moment, so I can't verify this. I don't believe that view can be changed. However, I believe you can create a custom view based on that view and make changes to it.
