I frequently run into a situation where an email is sent to two or more people, with the various email addresses in some combination of the to: and cc: lines. Person A doesn't notice that person B has already received the same email and so forwards his copy to person B, thereby doubling the emails person B has received on this message. Repeat this situation 100s of times a week and you can see the problem.
Is there a way to notify person A that he is about to forward a message to somebody who has already received it to at least give him notice that his action is unnecessary?
