Replies to a meeting request is forwarded to multiple mailboxes

For one of my users, a copy of any replies to her meeting requests shows up on one other user's mailbox.
These two users use to have a shared responsibility long ago (shared calendars and inboxes), but currently there are no rules or permission setting on their mailboxes.
They both use Outlook 2003.

Have you checked to make sure that one is not a delegate of the other?

I also have this exact same problem with a customer, two people shared calendars a while back (but dont now) and yet when person "A" is sent a caledar meeting request by someone then person "B" get a reply on behalf of option
