Outlook 2000 crashes on opening and accepting a meeting request

I have a single PC that was just deployed that has crashes everytime the client opens and attempts to accept a meeting request.  (See attached screenshot for details on error)  Basically, if the user gets a meeting request, she opens it to see the details, then clicks accept.  Outlook pops up with the attached and closes.  If the user just right clicks on the meeting request and selects accept, it works.  If the user opens it (meeting request) to see the details, then closes it and right clicks to accept,  it works.  So I at least have a workaround for now, but I need to fix this.

I have done the following:

Reinstalled the application (same results)
Logged in as different user and tried (worked)
Deleted user profile and re-created it and tried again (same error)
Had user try on different PC from same sysprep image deployed on same day (No problem)
Made user local admin temporarily (same problem)

Never seen this one before.  Ideas?
