Public Folder Disappeared Outlook 2003

I have a client that his Public Folder disappears.  I get it back - it stays for a bit, but then it disappears.  I would like to keep it there all the time.  Any suggestions? This computer connects to a server with MS SBS 2003 hosting ExchangeStart Free Trial
