The Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager (BCM) turns all BCM contacts, companies, mail, etc into a ton of reminders, and they keep coming back regularly (1300+ reminders)

Several users and myself have Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager installed on our machines.  We all connect to one centrally shared out BCM database on a server that has Outlook 2007 with BCM installed on it, as well.  Every two to three weeks every item associated with the BCM will randomly (or so it seems that way) pop up as reminders.  Like I said in the subject line, this amounts to 1300+ reminders, which pop up all at once and definitely slow down the system when they do.  I thought maybe this was a "feature" to remind you to follow-up with your contacts, but I have no clue if that's correct or not.  On each user's machine and on the server I went through and set all the followup flags for each contact and company to "mark complete", but that did not seem to work.  Within two to three weeks all the reminders came back again.  Also, it doesn't appear as though everyone is receiving the reminders at the same time.  Each person gets hit with them at different times.Start Free Trial
